Matt has been in the high-end custom gun business for last 14 years.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER
Tim has been a graphic designer for over 40 years. From illustration, logo design, product layout, he's done it all.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Katie manages office operations and marketing.

JUNIOR OPERATOR
Marshall helps out in the shop when he's not doing school work or taking care of his small flock of chickens on the farm.
